Orders

Include your order number (it starts with #, and it’s in your confirmation email). If a print arrives damaged, send a photo of it and the packaging and we’ll reprint it.

Importing a game

Lichess links work for any public, finished game. For Chess.com, paste the game’s link; if we can’t find it, we’ll ask for one of the players’ names. You can always paste or upload the PGN instead.
